Terminated crystal Brazilian Imperial Topaz untreated unheated vintage mineral

A loose piece of raw crystal.

This is Imperial topaz from the Ouro Preto mine, Brazil.
 
I have only one of these, no more and this piece is particularly rare as it is terminated meaning one end of the crystal reached its end, defined form with facets that occur naturally.
 
The gem is untreated, it is raw from Earth.

The gem would be a great piece of gem material for a pendant, it has that look of a talismanic crystal but with the high end knowledge that it is a very rare no longer industrially mined gemstone.
 
Mounted with gold one gets the golden look, a warm luxury vibe, with platinum, a contrast of warmth of the topaz and the cool colour of the platinum.

This is mined out, what that means is that the mine is closed and more will not be mined industrially, many sell topaz and some unscrupulous people sell it as Brazilian when it is not, this IS Brazilian and the buyer has 1 year return time so they can get this gem GIA or IGI proven as Brazilian and if it comes back as Any other location, then return for refund. I stand by what I sell.
