Solid sterling silver wire and baroque pearl handwoven choker necklace

This piece of jewellery is handwoven, each twist and weave of the silver wire is done by hand.
 
The piece has finials done to a classic style that came from India and was popular during the Victorian era and it goes well with the silver wire
 
The piece closes with a lobster clasp that uses a chain to help the piece fit the wearer snugly, the end of the chain has a seed pearl.
 
The silver wire has pearls, big and small running through it, the pearls add a complexity yet blend with the silver,
 
The pearls are cultured pearls and are baroque pearls , they have an organic shape and are not perfectly round giving an organic feel to a piece that is a little more artisan than perhaps some pieces.
