Solid sterling silver 1940s Iraqi Niello bangle mens womens Islamic jewellery

From the 1940s Iraq is this beautiful piece.

The bangle is created from solid sterling silver, it weighs 33 grams.
 
There bangle has both hand etched detail and Niello, the etching shows leaves from a plant I am no sure which it is, the Niello shows much more.
 
The Niello shows the palm trees of the area which grow by the Euphrates, the Lion of Babylon and a sail boat which have sailed the Euphrates for centuries.
 
The part that looks dented is where a hallmark is stamped.
 
The bangle is mint, good as new, read to be worn and to brighten someones outfit.
