Antique hallmarked solid sterling silver bangle created from a napkin ring

The bangle was first created as a napkin ring created from solid sterling silver, it is antique. Napkin rings are not used so much now, so, rather than scrap a great piece, this is a better alternative.
 
I am selling this bangle as a bangle for both men and women as the style is unisex, but this is better for smaller wrists.
 
There is a cartouche which is vacant therefore if the buyer chooses they can have this piece engraved with their initials for example.
 
There are waves on this bangle, great nautical theme if this is a gift to a sailor for example, the waves are engine turned which is done by a human using a machine that creates the same effect as guilloche.
