The bangle is solid silver, .900 grade which is 90% pure. 
 
This piece is from French rule of Cambodia, it has written on it "Bounthan" which is a brand/silversmith that existed then, "T900" the purity of the silver and "Cambodge" which is what Cambodia was named under French rule.
 
The piece features floral oriental, typical of Cambodia, on the whole of the bangle. Though a womans bangle is can be unisex as long as one has small hands.
 
The inside diametre of this bangle is 68-69mm.
 
This bangle weighs 17 grams.
