Antique cabochon carnelian sterling silver Chinese adjustable size ladies ring

A gorgeous ring, antique with wear but near pristine, the gem is not damaged, the silver filigree is as new, there is a delicious patina and light wear.
 
The piece is a centre gem of carnelian with a pure sunset desert orange, the gem is mounted in solid sterling silver featuring detailed filigree which is entirely hand worked, the whole piece is handmade and the level of worksmanship is high, there are other pieces of filigree silver from my other shop Prelovedbargains on Etsy and BoutiquebyRachelco on Etsy which is my mothers shop.
 
The ring is adjustable so it can fit many wearers.
