Ancient gastropod snail shell replaced by agate fossilised sea art gem mineral

This is a shell of a gastropod, a snail, its shell.
 
The snail passed on but its shell was left and as the shell got buried under the sand and layers of minerals the shell became replaced with banded agate and became agatised.
 
The shell can be left as is or it can be opened with a saw to see the agate, see images. Please note, the item you are buying is not halved, that is something for the buyer to do if they choose.
 
This one is a good generous weight, 42 grams.
