4.92ct Mexican Jalisco sunset Fanta orange fire opal oval faceted loose gemstone

A loose fire opal from the state of Jalisco, Mexico.

The opal is untreated, unheated and it is oval faceted.

The faceting is very good, the polish too, is good.

Very high clarity gem which shows lots of flashes or orange.
 
4.92cts of prime orange opal.

16.5mmX12.2mmX6.1mm so it is a great big cocktail gem ready for a ring or a pendant but not so big that it could be a daily wearer too!
