A loose Mexican, from the state of Jalisco, fire opal.

The opal is untreated, unheated and it is oval faceted.

The faceting is very good, the polish too, is good.

Very high clarity gem which shows lots of flashes of fanta coloured orange.

12mmX8.5mmX6.5mm so it is a great gem ready for a ring or a pendant.
