1.36ct Australian solid opal oval faceted cabochon untreated Earth mined gem

A solid opal from Australia, from the Lightning Ridge.
 
A solid opal is not a doublet or triplet opal, doublet and triplet opals are partly natural but partly not, they are opal with a plastic or crystal dome on the front. 
A solid opal is opal from the Earth, without any doublet or triplet opal treatments, just faceted and polished organic gem.
 
This opal has amazing clarity, it is like a ghost, once light shines upon it the flashes of blue and purple appear.
