This sapphire is a fantasy facet which is to say it is not an even triangular trillant, the sahpe is intentionally uneven, abstract in shape, the piece is close to sharp with how perfectly this shape is faceted.
 
This gem is guaranteed to be untreated, buyer can get IGI or GIA and if the gem comes back as anything other than untreated then return for a refund.
