0.72ct untreated unheated loose pear faceted ruby pink purple gemstone

A natural Earth mined looose untreated ruby.
 
The ruby is a 0.72ct gem, over 2/3ct so it is not bad, nice for a solitaire ring or flank it with diamonds.
 
The gem is pear faceted.
 
The gem has a warmer colour to it than how it shows, this is due to camera flash.
 
6.5mmX4.4mmX3.1mm.
