This is a natural sapphire with no gem treatments, the sapphire is untreated.
 
How does it have two colours? A sapphire can have two colours when for example with a clear/white sapphire there are no trace elements to colour it and with this gem for example there are two areas where there has been trace amounts of iron and titanium giving two areas of rich lovely royal blue colour.
 
The sapphire is a 0.66ct sapphire, exactly 2/3ct sapphire.
